The Little Whitehouse is located in
Warm Springs Georgia. Franklin D. Roosevelt came to Warm Springs
polio treatments. While
Governor of New York, he oversaw construction of his own six-room white
clapboard home on the north slope of Pine Mountain which was finished in
the spring of 1932. This home is now known as The Little

Red Oak Creek Bridge (Imlac Bridge)
is a covered bridge built in the 1840's. It is believed to be
built by Horace King. It is over 250 feet long, all of which is
not covered though. The bridge is owned by Meriwether County and
is open for travel.
Lake Meriwether - Located in
Woodbury Georgia, Lake Meriwether offers fishing and camping. The
lake has a pavilion that can be reserved and a bathroom. There are
open areas for group games and activities along with several campsites
with water and electricity hookup.

Wild Animal Safari (Pine Mountain Georgia)
The owners of this magnificent 500-acre park are Ron and Vivian
Snider. The Sniders, along with their son's and grandchildren invite you

the North Pole as well as from North America.
